Advancing Communities, One Step at a Time

Founded in 2025, Passion-2-Purpose Inc. is a U.S.-based 501C3 nonprofit organization registered in the state of Pennsylvania. The organization was co-founded by Dr. Drew Otoo, a Ghanaian-American pharmacist (PharmD) with over two decades of experience in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, and his wife Natalie Otoo, an American equally committed to service and social impact.

Rooted in their personal ties to Ghana and the United States, Passion-2-Purpose exists to drive sustainable, community-led impact—one person and one community at a time.

Mission Focus Areas

Our work centers on three core pillars:

Improving Healthcare Access

∙ Supplying essential medicines and medical supplies to underserved community health centers.
Empowering Women & Youth

∙ Providing vocational training and entrepreneurship support to help individuals build self-sustaining small businesses
Supporting Childhood Development

∙ Delivering educational resources and basic living essentials to children in orphanages or special homes.

Geographic Focus

Our focus regions are Ghana and the United States, our respective home countries. We are currently laying the groundwork to begin operations in Akwapem North Municipality in Ghana’s Eastern Region, in partnership with local stakeholders.

Planned Initiatives

• Collaborating with community leaders in Ghana to identify priority health and development needs.

• Partnering with global relief organizations to procure and ship essential medicines and supplies.

• Establishing local registration and operational infrastructure in Ghana.
